Porcellane Plates

The maginficent Edna Hibel collector plate named Yasuko has long been considered the  number 1 plate in the Oriental Gold series. It is manufactured by Rosenthal in 23 carat gold, edition limited  numbered 1,254 of 2,000 sequentially numbered.

Mr. Obata is the second plate in the Oriental Gold series of plates by artist Edna Hibel and Hibel Studios. Plate is 10″ in diameter and is in mint condition. Made with 24K gold. Plate is from a limited edition numbered 1,254 of 2,000 plates.

The fabulous Sakura plate on gold by Edna Hibel. It depicts a Japanese girl and is the thrid part of the “Oriental Gold” series of four different plates. Real 24 carat gold. It was painted on a Rosenthal blank & released in 1978 in a limited edition of 2,000. This is numbered 374. The original issue price for this was $295.00 & the current book is $1,800.00.
